Alina Chau is an award-winning author, artist, and filmmaker. Her credits include the Emmy Award–winning Star Wars: The Clone Wars, bestselling games, and acclaimed books like Marshmallow & Jordan and The Nian Monster (2018 APALA Honor).
Raised in Hong Kong in a Chinese-Indonesian family, Alina grew up hearing classic Chinese tales like Journey to the West. Her upcoming book reimagines one of her childhood favorites—the legendary Monkey King—for a new generation of readers.
